Our Relationship Model

The framework agreements with suppliers primarily govern mutual cooperation, particularly EBSA’s exclusive mandate to negotiate on behalf of the shareholders.

The terms and conditions govern the scope of application (which shareholder, location, or subsidiary), prices and terms, and the duration of the agreement.

The supply contracts govern the applicable law and other terms and conditions of the supply relationship. They form the basis for the commercial conduct of the business relationship.
